Dress comes with a bustle hooks already put in.
Dress has a slit in it for a modern look. You can also take it to a tailor to get it sealed if you prefer. Or you can get it soft sealed and then open it up for a second vibe later on in the night, which is what I did and it created a major WOW moment.
Dress is in great condition and was worn once.
