Price negotiable! The Stella York beaded mermaid dress (after alterations) fits my current size with the above dimensions. Materials: lace, tulle, regency organza. Looks a little darker in person but it is gorgeous and photographs beautifully. Zipper closure. Worn once in great condition. Will include petticoat for added volume in the flared part for no extra cost.
