The Dress

I saw this dress on an Instagram page and fell in love with it. After calling every bridal boutique in Colorado, I was only able to find a boutique that had a size 2 available. I went to see the dress in person and fell deeper in love with it after I saw how beautiful the lace an detail were in person. Heartbreakingly enough, they did not have a size 12 to try on and the shops I spoke with said it would take 3-6 months to order one to try on/ purchase (my elopement was in 2 months). I found this dress in the size 12 in a bridal boutique in Canada (online) and I loved it so much I decided to risk it and purchase without trying on. The dress arrived in pristine condition and is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't imagine anything more perfect for a boho style elopement. The liner helped the dress to glide on and felt amazing. The lace off the shoulder detail is so pretty and intricate in person, and not at all restrictive. They are also removeable. The material has a bit of stretch to it, so you can even wear spanx underneath if needed. Devastatingly, the dress did not fit my large chest properly (I am a 36 DD). It would be perfect for anyone 36 D and under with minimal alterations if it needs to be taken in at all. Since my elopement is now one month away, I decided against trying to frantically have it altered to fit my large chest and am going another route. Hoping someone else can use this gorgeous dress for their day. I have plenty of additional photos available. Just purchased July 2023. Dress has not been altered in any way.
