Bustle has already been put in, as well as simple alteration to hem the bottom, currently perfect length for someone 5 foot 6 wearing 1-2 inch heels!

Dress was altered from original size to hem up for my height (I am 5 foot 6 and was going to wear 1.5 inch heels) as well as taken in at the bust slightly to fit my detentions as listed above
