I felt fabulous in this dress and so confident. The material and fit was perfect for me and had many compliments on the day and from the photos.

It's a large-volume dress in mikado silk in an ivory/off-white. Halter neck with deep neckline, pleated skirt and hidden pockets. A classic style with sharp lines, crisp fabric and a chic structured silhouette.

The hem is shorter at the front than the back, with a longer tail effect however my seamstress added some popper buttons underneath so that it could easily be shortened for the evening and all one length, without the need to use a bustle/hand tie.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Spain by Jesus Peiro.

Dress has been dry cleaned - there are minor marks on the edging of the dress that is on the floor, and a light stain on the inside lining near to the ground, which would not be seen as underneath.

Alterations

Original neckline/collar has been taken down by 3cm, as it was quite high
Adjustmets to straps to make them thinner, with some tapering around bust area
Cups inserted, which can be easily removed
Length adjusted so it is only just above the floor when wearing heels
Buttons inserted underneath so that the back can be pinned up for evening, making it all one length with no trail
