The Dress
This wedding dress is NWT. It has a lace bodice and a chiffon A-line skirt. I bought it off the rack from a boutique while on vacation with my family and the owner of the store was supposed to alter it to my size and ship it to me well before my wedding day. She altered the waist to my size but not the bust and sent it about a month before my wedding, so I had already purchased another dress. I took this dress to a seamstress near me and she told me that the alterations to the waist could be undone fairly easily to make the waist match the bust size (size 12).

As described above - the waist has been altered to about my size, a size 4-6, but the bust has not been altered.
