The Dress

Absolutely beautiful ballgown perfect for fall, winter, or early spring wedding! I wore my dress for my October 2022 wedding and was head over heels for it. The floral lace and crystal/sequenced detailing is exquisite. There is no noticeable wear but the dress has not been cleaned since the wedding (we were lucky to have beautiful weather and there are no grass/dirt stains). I truly cannot express how much I LOVE this dress (it was only the 5th one I tried on!)! This would be an amazing opportunity for a last minute fall dress for 2023 or spring 2024!

Alterations

-The dress is a size 14 and no alterations were made to the waist/ size of the dress. I was apex. 180lbs and 5'7.5 at my wedding.
-The shoulders of the dress were taken up to support a smaller chest
- Bra pads (push-up) were sown into the top of the chest but could easily be removed
- Dress was hemmed (about an inch). I am 5'7 (almost 5'8) and wore 1.5 inch heals (and Betsy Johnson pearl sneakers)
- Sleeves were lengthened (about an inch) to accommodate for longer arms
- Sheer bodice was filled in with ivory fabric to create solid look
- Bustle was added (additional video of my seamstress showing my sister how to bustle the dress can be sent to seller)

Please note that my measurements above reflect my current measurements and NOT my measurements when I wore the dress in October 2022 (I have since gained weight). Alterations cost approx. $1500.
