I bought this Maria Fabrinni Anne dress (see last photo) and realized that I did not like the mermaid cut because it was too restrictive during dancing so I had a bottom cut off and made bell sleeves from it and then a high slit silk bottom skirt was created by a seamstress that does work for theaters. The silk bottom does have stretch to it.
