I had this dress custom made based on another design that I just thought looked way too sheer and I wanted it to be white. I altered the back straps to be a bit higher after receiving from the tailor in order for it to have a tighter fit. My bust measurement is small, but someone with a bigger bust can fit since there was room for more padding. This dress was worn for 2 hours on our rooftop just to sign documents for our civil ceremony.
