This is basically two dresses! It’s a fit and flair and there is an overskirt that makes it a dramatic ball gown! The off the shoulder sleeves are removable so you can wear it strapless or with the sleeves, it also includes an optional belt of the same fabric.
I wore it with the ball gown for the ceremony and then wore it without (as a fit and flair for the reception!).
