Net layering underneath, can be worn with or without a hoop.
Dress was originally a size 10 but has had alterations so approx a UK size 8-10. Original owner was 5”4 in height and dress is full length.
Dress has some marks around the bottom and lower sections - requires cleaning/dry cleaning.
