The Dress
Absolutely stunning wedding gown that I wore for my rehearsal dinner designed by Paula & Jo. It is a natural white dress with high-quality satin. It is backless, and the back of the dress was designed on a bias fold so it stays open. It does have a detachable tie strap so the shoulder straps can be secured (the original owner did this; that way, dancing is possible, and no slippage happened). It has a puddle train with a bustle and a hidden zip at the back.
This dress was extremely lightweight, and it felt so secure. It was one of the most comfortable dresses I have worn. The original owner wore it for 8 hours at a winery wedding, and I wore it for 3 hours for my rehearsal dinner. It has been dry-cleaned professionally, and there are no marks.
I hope someone loves this dress just as much as I did. It was something special, and it had a uniqueness that I don't see with other satin/silk dresses.
Alterations
The split in the dress was sewed up to showcase a beautiful slit to show your leg. It also took around 2 inches to fit more like a size two versus 4.
