The Dress

The dress fits as a US 4-6 and is about 61 inches long in the front and about 75 inches with a train in the back. I would say to have some room for body changes and potential alterations you should be closer to a US size 4 (which is about a size 8 in bridal?). The dress is absolutely stunning. Very lightweight.

It's fun, playful, classic, and sophisticated and I really want it to find the right home!

I purchased this dress at Kleinfeld's in NYC not knowing anything about Amsale and I fell in love with them! It's a Minority and Woman Owned Business in NYC founded by an Ethiopian-American woman who recently passed away. In NYC the Amsale store is run by absolutely lovely people, and they have the exact same sample dress, I believe also a size 8 in their store to try on if you are local.

I ended up going to get the dress tailored and it ended up being too small for me at the time and the alterations would change the integrity of this gorgeous dress too much so I went back to square one and found another dress.
