The Dress

This beautiful dress just ended up being too big in the chest and waist, and despite various efforts to fill out the dress, it didn't work and I ended up buying a completely new dress. I think this dress is stunning and I hope someone else can enjoy it. The dress is a true 42 and I am a 40 and so it just wasn't the right fit. The dress has only been worn to try it on and make certain alterations. The measurements are my exact measurements and so I would assume it might be slightly too big if you fit those measurements or if you are smaller than that. It is in perfect condition so essentially brand new and with 3 inch heels (8cm) the dress still touched the floor and normally I am 5"7' (175cm) without shoes.

Alterations

There have been hooks and buttons added to the back of the dress to pin it up during the reception. It may seem a bit complicated but I added a picture guide to show where each hook needs to be attached. Of course the alternative is to hold the dress while dancing throughout the night. It is supposed to look like the dress is draped up when using the hooks and lays quite beautifully in the back when done correctly. I will be happy to send over an actual video of me pinning up the dress should it be necessary.
