The Story

This gown features a sweetheart neckline and low back. The skirt is made on the bias using off-white chiffon which flows effortlessly from the waist to the floor. The bodice is made of a stunning chorded French lace which is slightly darker than the lining, making its design pop. The back dips into a lace-up, finished off with an off-white grosgrain sash.

The bodice is constructed with two sets of interfacing and is fully boned to give structure and support. I did not need to wear a bra because of this.

I am petite and my measurements were as follows: bust = 31, waist = 25, height = 37. (I'm about 5 feet and wore 3 inch heels.) This dress is longer in the back than the front and is set up for a French bustle for dancing. I had the silk belt sewn on.

I LOVED wearing my dress. I felt beautiful and comfortable and was able to dance in it just fine. I had it professionally cleaned and and it looks like new in it's preservation box. I hope someone else will love it as much as I did!
