The Dress

This ivory dress (in size S) runs true to its size. It hugs you in all the right places and, because it contains a bit of spandex, it is not a dress that wears you - it really fits like a glove. It has slightly padded shoulders that accentuate your natural curves without making your shoulders look broad. Admittedly, I was a bit nervous about rocking a plunging neckline and open back to my engagement party (which older family members attended) but the ruched draped detail in the front really makes the dress just as elegant as it is sexy!

Given that I already wore this iconic dress to my engagement party (where I was in the limelight and couldn't reasonably get away with wearing it again without people remembering) and my bridal events are now - sadly - nearing their end, I realistically don't think there will be another event for me to wear this dress to again... and it deserves to be worn!

For anyone looking for a mint condition, flattering Ivory dress, without paying the full retail price on Revolve, look no further. I had my dress dry-cleaned right after my engagement party and it genuinely looks the exact same way that it did when I first unpackaged it (...from Revolve). There are no rips, stains, tears, wrinkles or any other flaws. I am very happy to share photographs of any features of the dress that may help assure you of it's quality/colour/fit/size, etc.

I seriously don't have a single regret about buying this dress.... except I wish I didn't pay the full retail price! :P
