I bought this dress brand new and made several small adjustments and alterations but ultimately did not end up wearing it as we decided to elope instead. It's unworn and would be perfect on a more petite or slender frame. I'm 5'9" and the dress hits the floor perfectly when I'm wearing flats - it would be great for someone my height or shorter. I also had a bustle added. It's a gorgeous dress.
Alterations
Taken in slightly around the waist and the hips. The straps were taken up to account for their long length. Lightweight padding was installed on the breasts and a bustle has been added. Length was taken up, but hits the floor for me when wearing flat shoes (I'm 5'9").
