Essence of Australia D3080 Clean Dove Satin Ballgown with Sheer Back. I am 5'8 and wore 2 inch heels for my wedding. The dress was dry cleaned professionally and is beautiful. I have only found two small marks on the dress, which I can text/email if you are interested. They are not noticeable unless you are looking up-close and really trying to find something (within a few inches).
Everyone loved the dress, and it has pockets. Double win!

Alterations
The dress was altered at the waist (taken in), train was removed, straps were shortened and the chest was also made smaller. I am a size A/B chest and a very athletic build with broad shoulders. Given the alterations, the dress fits more like a label size 10 or 12.
