Alterations
This dress has been altered. The bust was brought in and the waist was let out an inch. Dress was also hemmed to accommodate my height. I am 5ft 5in and wore 2.5 inch heels. For the bustle there are a total of 5 buttons on the inner most layer for bustling. 2 snaps and 15 ties for the middle layer (sparkly champagne layer). The middle layer is VERY thick. The top lacey ivory layer has 9 buttons.
