The Dress
This was "THE DRESS" for my wedding. I bought it August 2022, 7 months before my wedding day, and then ended up getting pregnant. I was 26 weeks pregnant on our wedding day, and 9 weeks out realised this beautiful dress wasn't going to fit. I ended up having to get a different dress that was stretchy, that would stretch with my bump (the last pic!!!) I was so gutted, as this dress was my everything and a lot of tears were shed.
It is brand new, still with the tag in. It hasn't been altered at all. I am 5'6 and had 10cm heels for my wedding, and when buying this, it hit the floor perfectly that I wasn't going to have to alter the length.
The train is so beautiful- it is the long train (as there is a shorter one available from made with love).
I ordered the dress to be a size 8 on the bust, and size 10 on the waist and hips so that 'if' I did get pregnant there would be room to have a bump, or take it in if I didn't have a bump. However being 26 weeks pregnant, there was not enough room for my bump being so big.
Any viewings, please feel welcome to come and try on. I hope this beautiful dress can be worn by someone else as it is too amazing to sit in my wardrobe.
