The Dress

Originally purchased the dress from a boutique on the northside of Brisbane hoping to lose enough weight for it to fit. This didn't happen but loved the dress so kept it hoping someone in my family would wear it. But it has stayed in storage. Time now to pass on to someone else. Dress is marked a size 12, it would be quite a small size 12.

The dress has a train with the loop to hook the train up. Also internal boning at the bust area and an internal zipper to assist in making the back smooth. There is embroidery around the top of the dress and around the bottom of the dress. It also has a matching wrap.

Dress length has been taken from the halterneck strap to the floor. The strap could be adjusted. The measurement from the neckline to the bottom of the dress is 138cm. There is allowance at the hemline of approximately 8cm before the embroidery starts if the hem needs to be shortened. I am 171cm tall and it was going to be very close to the right length for me.
