This dress is new, never been altered or worn except to try on. I bought it off the rack (it was a sample dress) at a small boutique. My now husband and I were planning a quick wedding, but we weren’t fast enough and the COVID shut down cancelled our plans. We ended up eloping, so I never got to use this dress. It has been kept in a garment bag inside my closet. It’s in great condition! I’m open to offers so please feel free to reach out.
