The Dress

This is such a gorgeous dress that made me feel absolutely incredible on my wedding day. It comes with a matching mid-length veil and detachable sleeves (the dress is originally sleeveless, but I added sleeves that snap on and off). I kept the sleeves on for the ceremony, but snapped them off for the reception, which was perfect for moving around and dancing! I also added a bustle to keep the train off of the floor during the reception. I’ve got to admit, the bustle is a little complicated (several tiny loops/hooks to match together), but it was worth the effort because the train is kind of long for dancing and getting around efficiently. Unfortunately, my photographer left really early, so I don’t have any pictures from the reception to show what it looks like with the sleeves removed and bustle. When the bustle is pinned up, it looks a little more poofy in the back, which honestly looks really good! And it looks incredible without the sleeves too. I actually fell in love with the dress before I even knew I could add sleeves! I added a stock photo to help show what it looks like sleeveless.

This was seriously the perfect dress. It’s unique, versatile, and sooo beautiful. I hope someone else will love it as much as I did!

Alterations

I had it hemmed from 61” to 56” hem to hollow length. The sleeves are about 24.5” long on the outside (shoulder to wrist) and 19” long on the inside (armpit to wrist). As I already mentioned, I also added a bustle.
