I am 5'4" and dress was altered for me to wear 2" heels. I wore the dress as a second look- the train was shortened all the way up so that the dress was floor length all around so that it would be perfect for dancing! . The dress was such a showstopper- incredibly flattering and fun! Hard to part with.

Alterations
Length taken up and train taken off so that it would be perfect for dancing. Neckline was smoothed out a tad so that there was more room for my bust (see pictures). Dress was dry cleaned and is in great condition. Perfect for an outfit chance and so comfortable to dance in!
