DRESS HAS BEEN ALTERED TO A 12. Brand new. We bought this dress, then my daughter lost 20 lbs. We had it altered once, but we were afraid to alter it anymore. She is 5’5 and with a 2” heel the hem is perfect. Bustle is also done. We did add a sheer panel at the bust (it was just a bit too low for her), however it can be easily removed.
