The Dress

The beautiful floor length Allure Guarda dress in ivory/ch/nude with intricate train. The dress has a beautiful bodice with lining at the front and lace detail at the back. Figure-hugging, it gives the wearer a shapely figure before flaring out into the beautiful train at the back. There are little buttons all the way down the back of the dress and there is a hidden zip underneath them. Please note there are 41 buttons overall but two are missing, although this is not very noticeable.

I tried this dress in November 2021, ordered and received it in March 2022 and wore at my wedding in September 2022. It was perfect! It has been dry cleaned and is in very good condition.

Alterations

I had lining put underneath the straps on the front so that the lining didn’t stop at the bust. I had a small amount taken off the bottom of the hem of the dress at the front (I am 5 foot 7 and wore 3 inch heels on the day). I had the straps shortened slightly, but the fabric is stretchy so still has give in it.
