This elegant Justin Alexander Dress is new, never worn. It is a fit and flare dress with a keyhole back. It has three layers. The bottom layer is a soft fabric, the middle layer is chiffon and top layer is lace. The dress did receive alterations. It was taken in a 1/2 inch at the waist and the straps were taken in a 1/2 inch. There were hooks added at 3 points for the train to be bustled.
