(Decided on a different style.) dress is Fit and flare. Dress was originally a spaghetti strap dress, was altered by professional to be a strapless dress with removable off the shoulder sleeves. Corset bodice was added. Bustle added. Altered to fit 5’7 with 2 inch heels (so 5’9).
