This dress is custom, the dress itself did not come with the custom over skirt. Overskirt is also a Martina Liana design. Wedding veil not included, silk, lace, and sequin fabric layering with floral beadwork. Band new, never used. Was altered with bustle and hooks for removable over skirt and cut to length.
