This dress was bought new in July 2019. It is not a sample. It was ordered directly from Watters and made to order. It was never worn and has been stored properly since time of purchase. It comes with a garment bag bearing the Watters logo. The dress has a very dreamy, romantic feel. It's great if you are going for a whimsical feel, and it would really make for some beautiful bridal portraits. The skirt has six layers of Spanish tulle, and the bodice is illusion/sheer. The skirt is full but flows well and is not super heavy. It's still pretty breathable.
