The Dress

OMG, this dress! This flowy, chic lace and tulle A-line dress was everything I wanted for my boho-style wedding. The bodice features an illusion deep V neckline and plunging V back. The thin beaded straps are beautifully embellished and meet in the middle of the back to give the dress a slimmed-down look. The skirt features a silk base layer with multiple tulle layers - the top layer is pleated tulle, which is super unique. The front of the dress is floor length (I am 5'5" and wore a 1-inch block heel) and it has a beautiful cathedral-length train. I truly felt like a princess for a day. The dress fits snuggly around the chest and tummy and then opens up at the hips. If you're curvy like me, this dress is VERY flattering and will accentuate all of the right assets ;) The chest portion has boning and I had my tailor add A-cups for more support. These can easily be removed or swapped out for a bigger size. The layers alternate Ivory (bottom), Pearl (middle), and Ivory (top) which gives the dress a unique color - it's ivory but not strikingly white as most wedding dresses are. I got so many compliments on the color when I was shopping around for a tailor!

The dress is in great condition. No major tears or snags in the tulle and no damage to any of the beaded embellishments. There is some minor dirt along the very bottom edge of the tulle (I'd say less than a quarter centimeter), which would be eliminated if the length is altered (otherwise you can't see it when worn), and some minor dirt stains on the very inside silk layer (also not visible when the dress is worn). There are also some areas where my spray tan rubbed off - very minor, and again, not visible when worn. The dress underwent a basic cleaning and I'm told the residual dirt could be removed with a full professional gown cleaning. I am willing to send additional photos (I have TONS) if needed. I also have a very simple, minimalist veil (fingertip length) that I can include for free if requested.

Please buy this dress and give it the second life it so desperately deserves!

Alterations

Front hemmed to floor length (I'm 5'5" and wore a 1-inch block heel). Straps were shortened a touch and the bodice was taken in. Removable cups were added.
