I fell in love with this dresses fitted bodice, off the shoulder sleeves, and gorgeous train. This dress was made to order and purchased from Charlotte’s Weddings in Portland, OR. Besides the initial fitting upon picking up this dress from the vendor, it has never been worn and it has never been altered. It has been properly stored in its original dress bag since pick up in June of 2020.
