The Dress

I am selling my worn-once wedding gown. It is from Allure Bridal Style 9813, the material is Mikado. This dress has a detachable bow on the lower back. I wore no bow for the portraits and ceremony, and put the bow on afterwards for the reception! Honestly wish I had worn the bow the whole time, it is stunning! This gown has a gorgeous train with buttons down the back and a low, scooped back (practically backless). There is a nude mesh along the scoop in the back and in the cleavage. Please note that in the photos on the Allure website, you will notice some jewels along the scoop in the back, I ordered my dress without those jewels. I had the jeweled belt added in alterations.

This dress was professionally dry cleaned and preserved immediately following the wedding.

Alterations

Alterations included dress hemmed, waist brought in slightly, straps raised slightly, padded cups added, and belt sewn on the front (belt is pearls and jewels, its the BHLDN Amanita Sash). I also had one of the layers of crinoline from the underskirt cut out so it was not as "poofy" and was instead more flowy. I also had a bustle added (ballroom bustle, entire train fastens under the dress in several places, it does take a few minutes and 1-2 to bustle, but is a very secure and flattering bustle type).
