The Dress
This was a stunning wedding dress from Galia Lahav. I purchased it from Bridal Reflection on 5th ave, New York City. It is a size 40 in galia lahav brand. I’m usually a size 2-4 in the US. All alternations were done with the bridal store as well. It is a very flattering dress and I received so many compliments for this dress.
The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and preserved to prevent the color from changing. I will ship it in its original garment bag.
Alterations
Alterations - I had this dress altered to fit my 5’5 frame with 4 inch heels. I’m 120 pounds with a 34 B chest. The retailer did such a great job with the bustles as you can barely see them. I also added a nude lining inside as shown in the picture of me sitting down. The altered the straps to have a snap closure in the front so I can turn it and wear it off the shoulder for the end of the night. Therefore you can wear it both on the shoulder or off. If you prefer to stitch it back without the snap closure, you can easily change it. I also added cups to the bodice.
