Skirt of the dress has had an additional top layer added. Originally the skirt was plain white however a jewelled layer was added on top.
It is this top layer that has tears at the bottom of the dress. These would be easily repeaird when tailored.
This dress sparkles stunningly in the light especially for an outdoor summer wedding.
