The Dress

I got this dress from a local boutique in Anderson, SC. When I got the dress I was looking to customize it. So I basically took the design of two dresses and altered one to fit the other. For this dress I took the original ball gown. I purchased a unique sparkly tool from another dress company and layered it over the skirt. It shimmers and sparkles in the light. The dress has a train as well and buttons that go down the whole back. The dress has pockets and the alterations kept the pockets which is unique for a dress with tool over it, a rare find!

Our theme was under the stars so I wanted a dress that represented that. The sparkly tool looks beautiful in the lights by shimmering at just the right times without looking like its pure glitter. This specific tool also has some little spider type connections to it to make it appear more celestial (pictured in the 5th and 6th photo). I adored this dress and I know you will too!
