The French Collection by Wendy Makin is a fusion of vintage glamour and classic styling. This dress is made from exquisite french lace with a beautiful nude coloured underlay. Alexis is a strapless sweetheart neck gown, with built in bra cups. I had her altered to include small off the shoulder lace details. These can be easily removed if required. I also had beautiful silk buttons added to the fastening on the rear of the dress, and a bustle added to the train. She's also been taken in on the waist and hips, but I believe this can be let out again if needed. I wear a UK size 8 on the top, and a UK size 10 on the bottom. She has been professionally dry cleaned and is as good as new. She's an absolutely gorgeous dress - very comfortable for all day wear (I didn't ever want to take her off!) and super flattering. She deserves so much more than to be sat in a box under my bed - I hope someone else will love her just as much as I have.

- Waist and hips both taken in but I believe these can be let out again
