The Dress

This gorgeous Sarah Seven Neomi dress is from her latest line, perfectly feminine and modern. The thick silky crepe fabric has the slightest sheen and perfect weight so it feels and looks high-quality and glamorous. It’s a tremendously flattering cut - Hugs curves in the right spot. The layered tulle is a really gorgeous detail along the plunge-V neckline and straps. The dress was ordered as a size 8, then fitted closer to a size 6. I’ll provide exact measurements of the alterations. I wore 2” heels. I’m general, the alterations tightened up the waist area and the back side for a tighter “body hugging” look. The top strap was slightly tightened. And the bottom seam of the dress (both inner and outer layers) was hemmed for height of 5’9 w shoes. The back zips closed, but I had special Sarah Seven buttons added along the zipper for a classic look. I also had nude pads put in the chest area, which are removable. It rained toward the end of our outdoor ceremony, so the bottom of the dress’ inside liner does have some slight discoloration (as pictured). It doesn’t appear to be noticeable from the outer layer. I just had the dress professionally cleaned for $250. The dress cost $4500. Priced for rarity (new line) but also considering the slight color imperfections at the bottom of the dress. Sarah Seven dresses are made to order, so the benefit is also getting this dress quickly instead of waiting months for a new one. Comment with questions on fit! I’ve included many photos.

Alterations

Original size 8, fit closer to a 6 - Includes alterations to hips, shoulders, and back/side hemline for a snug fit. Added Sarah Seven buttons to the back. Altered for height 5”9 with shoes. Nude cups sewn in, could be removed.
