The Dress

The Comet Gown is designed for the confident modern bride. An elegant sheath style gown with all over beading creates an elongated silhouette. The dramatic cape sleeves frame the plunging back and remain romantic with the delicate rouleau ties. The Comet Gown has removable cups and is a form fitting silhouette through bust, waist and hip with a subtle train. Due to the heavy beaded lace the dress firmly hugs the body. It features a very deep v-neck in front and in the back of the dress.

The dress is so comfortable to wear all day and so flattering ! I had the dress altered so there is the option to remove the cape later that day.
Only alteration was to have the cape removable if needed!

I bought this dress from the lovely girl in the pics and unfortunately my wedding was cancelled due to covid so I never actually got to wear it. (We had a low key shotgun wedding!) the original bride had it cleaned before sending, then I also had it cleaned as I was planning on altering from UK 10 to an 8. I never had this done in the end.
Due to the length of the train there are some darker marks around the bottom but these aren’t noticeable when worn.

This has been stored away while I was hoping that we may renew our vows or have a blessing but unfortunately that just hasn’t happened! I would love it to go on and be worn by another beautiful bride.
