This dress is from Vera Wang's 2011 fall White Bridal line. It is new, comes new with tags, and includes the original grosgrain belt that came with the dress. It only needs to be steamed to take out some of the wrinkles. Otherwise, it has never been worn and has been stored in a clean, dry closet.
