Merteuil is a modern, minimalist, Mikado dream - with pockets! One zip, and timeless elegance is made effortless. The sleek Mikado fabric provides softness and comfort while the corset-style seaming gives support and structure. The train is dramatic without being overwhelming or heavy to wear and made my ceremony entrance spectacular. I usually wear a 36DD and I was not only able to wear this down braless, but also I never had to pull it up all day! Truly the most comfortable dress I’ve ever worn and I’m grateful it was mine. I hope a bride looking for timeless elegance, comfort, and pockets loves this dress as much as I do.
Alterations
The alterations were just in length and to pull the waist in slightly so I could be held securely. I also had a bustle added so the train could be pinned up when I wanted it to be. No major changes otherwise.
