Emma Beaumont, Custom Made

Iam selling my incredible, bespoke Emma Beaumont dress, designed and handmade by Emma at her store in Knutsford.

The dress was made in 2021 and 2022 for my wedding that took place in May 2022.

I wore it for the day and it has been professionally dry cleaned by Terrington Burchett. There are some small tears to the bottom layers of the tulle but these could be easily repaired.

Having worked in a bridal shop for many years and running events my whole career, I knew I had to have a one of a kind Emma Beaumont dress - the process was magical and the dress evolved after each fitting. It was the dress of my dreams and so easy and light to wear.

The dress is full skirted (with internal hoop) and has a long train. The boned bodice was inspired by John Paul Gaultier and has layers of ruched tulle overlay with ruffles all around the neck line. I wanted removable sleeves so the dress comes with long sleeves with buttons at the wrist as well as the ruffle spaghetti straps. I also wore it strapless. It has buttons at the back and a hand made belt.

Disregard the ‘label’ size as the dress was made to my measurements but to give an indication of size, I am a 6-8, 32D, 5ft 3” and I wore 3” heels on the day.

I had so many compliments about my dress and I absolutely love it but I don’t want it sat in a box forever - I’d love another bride to wear it and feel as beautiful and happy as I did!
