The Dress

Stunning, one of a kind dress that is also two dresses in one! This is a version of the Pronovias Bohol dress which I customized with one of the top bridal designers in Chicago. It has a one-of-a-kind full overskirt that makes it into a A-line silhouette. It has a classy (yet fun) slit that peeks out with the overskirt, and is much more prominent once the overskirt is removed. The dress is a breathtaking ivory-blush color that looks absolutely angelic in the light. It’s so stunning. The overskirt is very secure yet simple to remove - I did it myself in front of everyone right before our first dance! Once the overskirt is off, there is no need to bustle anything.

It is a very similar style to many of the dresses from Pallas Couture.

I am 5 feet 3 inches and wore 4.5in heels. I typically wear clothes in 0-2. My bust is on the larger side, 28DD so there is plenty of room to take that in if needed.

I have NOT had the dress professionally cleaned, this will be at the buyer's expense if they see fit to do so. The bottom of the tulle on the overskirt is the primary place that needs attention. See the last photo for clear detail on this - the lace appliques are a little dirty as they get closer to the floor. The reason I did not get this cleaned is so that the buyer can decide whether it is necessary. If the dress is altered to be shorter, for example, it may not need cleaning at all.

Alterations

Dress was custom made at Mira Couture in Chicago. We started with the Pronovias Bohol dress, added a slit, and added a fuller over skirt that gathers to one side. Slit can be seen with and without overskirt.
