The Dress
Harvey is a lightweight but heavily embellished sequin gown. The bodice is structured and boned with bust cups. It has an off the shoulder sleeve which creates a sultry and elegant look. The skirt has a structured hem and it's train is long.
This was the first dress I saw when I started my dress hunt, and it was the only one I ever had eyes for! It was the dress of my dreams and I now I hope that someone else can feel the same way. The dress sparkles in the sunshine and moves beautifully.
When I ordered the gown, I had it made with 2 layers of the power mesh under layer to make it less see through. I am size 10 in tops, size 12 in skirts/pants and a 10/12 in dresses usually.
The dress has been dry cleaned, though there is slight discolouration at the very bottom of the lining from walking on grass. Only visible if you lift the dress up.
I also have a cathedral length veil which I will include for free.
Alterations
Sleeves and hem were altered to a length to fit me. The original bust did not fit me very well, so I had 2 layers of cups stitched in.
