The Dress
This is a size 14 fits more like a 10. Blush A line dress with ivory lace, the back of the dress is sheer...very pretty! The only alterations done were cut 1.5" off the length, ballroom bustle, add hooks and eyes to the back behind buttons and of course chest padding tacked in. The top of the dress has not been altered it fit great. The dress is still very long. I am 5'8" and wore 3.5" heels with a 1" sole and I would have liked it a little shorter. I did not have it cleaned but unless you are tall, you will need to cut all of the bottom off which is the only part that has any indication of wear. I will include the stole and pin. Very elegant yet understated dress. It has a ball room bustle which means the bustle goes underneath so you keep the nice line of lace down the back of the gown. The picture with it hanging has the bustle tied up.
