The dress was made in a petite size, it doesn’t include the sleeves but does include the wrap which wasn’t used. Was dry cleaned but it does have a small mark on the train and some small marks on the bottom right.
I’m not sure of my measurements when I had the dress. I’m 5’3 and had 2 inch heels.
