The Dress
I purchased this dress in July 2019 at Kleinfeld in NYC. "Bloom Mermaid Wedding Dress by Tony Ward for Kleinfeld." As soon as I tried it on, I felt so confident and beautiful - with the gorgeous lace detail, long sleeves, low back, deep v-neck, and stunning train (with a bustle), it's truly one of a kind. It's classified as the color "bloom" so it has a champagne undertone as can be seen in the photos.
As a quick backstory - I, along with many other brides, had to unfortunately change wedding plans due to Covid. So we did something extremely unique and got married on Bravo's show 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' (you can see me wearing this dress in episodes 16/17 of season 3 that aired this past summer!!) And if you are a fan of the show, you can see Gary and Kelsie in the fourth photo I posted!
This dress was ordered as a size 10 and then altered at Kleinfeld to be taken in to fit snug and give that hour glass shape. I am on the taller side (5'10") but the dress was ordered as 'Standard' length.
