This dress has been worn once, by me, professionally dry cleaned, and is in excellent condition. I purchased an Archie sample size dress at size 2 and as I am a size 0-2 for my top and size 4 for my bottoms I had the hips let out professionally with the sewn-in seams that were in the dress at the time of purchase. The seamstress added some delicate lace on the sides of the dress to make the look a little more unique and less plain. The hips could easily be taken in again and lace removed if you so wish, but the result is gorgeous! It makes the gown look even more couture than it originally did. I am 5'9" and wore no shoes at my wedding. This dress is perfect for someone who is also between sizes with their top/bottom, or someone athletic. The dress fit like a dream and the cowl back and lace details got me so many compliments! Truly my dream dress. I would keep it but it's just going to hang in my closet and it would be great for someone else to feel like a Queen in it.
