Bought this dress from a Sample Sale online because I loved the off shoulder silhouette and illusion sleeves. Has only been worn in store to try on and at home to take the pictures for this post. It’s beautiful, and the simple crepe material of the skirt is so delicate and sexy! Options to use or hide/remove the white shoulder straps - in the pictures I left one out to show! Unfortunately, it just didn’t give me that IT moment when I put it on.
This dress is $2050 new (plus taxes and tip).
I am street size 6-8 as far as fit and this dress was a little loose. In the pictures with my hands at my waist I am cinching it to give the effect once it’s taken in. I’m 5’7” and standing on my toes in these pics too so would work great for someone my height or even a bit taller with heels. Would need to be hemmed for anyone shorter!
UPDATE: I found a small stain on the back around one of the buttons. I had to look at it 10 different ways and take pictures with and without flash to confirm it was a stain and not just shadows. I'm including a picture (it's more noticeable in the picture than in person).
