Gorgeous corsetted a-line dress, from the now discontinued designer Alfred Angelo. Worn once for my wedding in 2008 and professionally dry cleaned and stored afterwards.
I felt a million dollars wearing this and I would love somebody else to feel as special in it as I did. It was super comfortable to walk and dance in and hooks up at the back for later in the evening. The a-line shape and the gather/overdress front, is incredibly flattering, especially for a curvy girl like me,
The gold and silver embroidery and beading on the bodice is continued all the way down the front of the dress and onto the train
The dress was purchased as size 20 and tailored down to fit. I was a size 16-18 when I got married, but my 36E/F bust meant we had to start with a larger size. The corset and lacing means it will fit a wide range of size and proportions. You can see from the photo of the back, that it could have gone a few inches smaller or bigger, as needed.
